1. Who we are
Eversure Logistics is a business registered in Ghana (registration number BN665640526), owned and operated by William Abeku Plange Dadzie-Rhule as a sole proprietorship. Our address is 44 Orphan Crescent Street, Labone, Accra, Ghana (GL-014-5261). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Eversure Logistics, and “you” means the customer placing the order.
2. What we do
We act as your buying agent. You tell us what you want from abroad, we find it, buy it on your behalf from retailers and suppliers, and arrange for it to be delivered to you in Ghana. We also offer delivery within Ghana as a separate service.
We are not the manufacturer or the original seller of the items we buy for you. The item itself is supplied by the retailer it was bought from.
3. Quotes
- Every order starts with a written quote, usually on WhatsApp, in Ghana Cedis.
- The quote covers the item price, our service fee and delivery to the address you give us.
- Some orders attract import duties and taxes set by the Ghanaian authorities, which can only be confirmed when the order arrives. Where this applies, we tell you before you pay, and we charge these at cost with no markup.
- Prices abroad and exchange rates change, so a quote is valid for 3 days unless it says otherwise.
- If the price or availability of an item changes after you have paid, but before we have bought it, we contact you first. You can accept the new price or cancel for a full refund of what you paid.
4. Payment
- You pay 70% when you confirm your order and the remaining 30% on delivery, before the item is handed over.
- We accept bank transfer, mobile money and card payments. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.
- We only buy your item once your first payment has cleared.
- If the 30% balance has not been paid within 30 days of us telling you your order is ready for delivery, we may treat the order as abandoned. In that case we may sell the item to recover our costs and will refund you anything left over after those costs.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate details: the exact item, size, colour, model and quantity, and a correct delivery address and phone number.
- Check that the item suits you before you confirm. Many items sold abroad, especially in the United States, are built for 110V power, different plugs or different network standards. We are happy to advise, but the final choice is yours.
- Be reachable on the phone number you give us, so we can update you and arrange delivery.
6. Items we cannot buy
We will not buy or deliver anything that is illegal to import into or possess in Ghana, or that cannot be safely carried. This includes, for example, weapons and ammunition, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, explosives, flammable or hazardous materials, and live animals. We may decline any order at our discretion, in which case we refund anything you have paid for it in full.
7. Warranties and faulty items
Items come with whatever warranty the manufacturer or retailer gives. Some manufacturer warranties only apply in the country the item was sold in. If an item is faulty, we will help you make a claim, as set out in our Delivery & Returns Policy.
8. Delivery, cancellations and refunds
How delivery works, when you can cancel, and how refunds are handled are set out in our Delivery & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Our responsibility to you
- We will buy what you asked for, with reasonable care, and keep you informed at every stage.
- If something goes wrong because of our mistake, we will put it right, as described in our Delivery & Returns Policy.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as retailer delays, government inspections, strikes, extreme weather or other disruption to transport.
- Except where the law says otherwise, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or business opportunities.
- Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Ghanaian law that cannot be limited.
10. Your personal information
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page on the day you confirmed it.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. If you have a problem, please talk to us first and we will do our best to resolve it. If we cannot, the courts of Ghana will decide the matter.
