1. Who is responsible for your information
Eversure Logistics, owned and operated by William Abeku Plange Dadzie-Rhule, registration number BN665640526, 44 Orphan Crescent Street, Labone, Accra, Ghana (GL-014-5261). We handle your information in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
2. What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address.
- Delivery details: your delivery address and any instructions you give us.
- Order details: the items you ask about or order, links, photos and descriptions you send us, quotes, and your order history.
- Payment records: the amounts you pay, when, and the payment method. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: your conversations with us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone.
On this website
Our quote form does not store anything on our website. It simply opens WhatsApp with your details filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare your quote.
- To buy your items on your behalf and deliver them to you.
- To take payment, issue receipts and process refunds.
- To keep you updated about your order.
- To keep accounting and tax records, as Ghanaian law requires.
- To prevent fraud and keep our customers and business safe.
We only send you news or offers if you have asked to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We share only what each party needs to do its part of your order:
- Retailers and suppliers we buy your items from.
- Delivery partners who carry your order to you, who receive your name, phone number and delivery address.
- Payment providers, including our bank, mobile money providers and our card payment processor.
- Government authorities, where the law requires it, for example for tax or import purposes.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants, under a duty of confidentiality.
We never sell your personal information.
5. Information sent outside Ghana
Because we buy from retailers abroad, and some of our service providers are based outside Ghana, some of your information is transferred to other countries, including the United States. We only share what is needed, and only with parties we trust to protect it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for as long as Ghanaian tax and accounting law requires. Other information, such as enquiries that did not become orders, is kept only as long as it is useful to serve you, and then deleted.
7. Keeping it safe
We limit access to your information to the people who need it to handle your order, and use secure, reputable services to store it and take payments. No system is perfectly secure, but if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
8. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information, unless we have to keep it by law, for example for tax records;
- stop sending you marketing messages.
To do this, contact us using the details below. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
9. Children
Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly take orders from, or collect information about, anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
